Nadia Dale Colom, a West Point native and 3rd generation entrepreneur, is no stranger to
business. Inspired by powerful women such as her mother, grandmother and Zipporah Potter
Atkins, the first documented African American female landowner in the U. S. (and for whom her
company is affectionately named), Nadia took the leap of faith in purs

business. Inspired by powerful women such as her mother, grandmother and Zipporah Potter
Atkins, the first documented African American female landowner in the U. S. (and for whom her
company is affectionately named), Nadia took the leap of faith in pursuing a career in real estate
development & property management after spending 15 years in youth development &
non-profit leadership. As a property owner herself, Nadia enjoys giving her clients peace of mind
in knowing their precious assets are being managed with integrity. With now more than $12m in
assets under management, Nadia is hopeful to motivate & inspire more women to explore paths
to wealth creation through real estate.
Nadia is an alumni of Jackson State University, holds a masters from New York
University, a Real Estate Certificate from Cooke Real Estate School and is a REALTOR & Property Management Specialist with Jones Expansion Group, LLC. She is also the proud wife & business partner of Scott Colom. They share two rock star
daughters, Luci & Brooklyn.

Shaniqua Morgan is a native of Newton, MS. She graduated from Mississippi State University with degrees in Educational Psychology and Workforce Educational Leadership. After an impressive career in the nonprofit sector, Shaniqua joined Potter Property Management in 2021. She has always had a passion for helping people. Her greatest joy is her son, AJ, and being active within her church.

Community-oriented at heart, she has always loved helping others and making meaningful connections. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated sports mom to her four boys—her biggest supporters. In her free time, Bianca enjoys shopping, trying new restaurants, and meeting new people. She lives each day by her personal motto: “to be better than she was the day before.”
